MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS PROFESSIONAL

Collaborative. Passionate. Creative. Leader.

These are a few words that describe me and my approach to the ever-changing landscape of communications. My roles and experiences in corporate communications include a variety of marketing responsibilities in multiple industries including nonprofit, education, oil and gas, aviation and financial services.

In fall 2018, I completed my graduate coursework at Syracuse University studying communications  with a specialization in advertising in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.

The Past.
Prior to that, I worked at Weaver, the largest independent accounting firm in the Southwest. My marketing role focused on internal and external special marketing projects, including the communication, planning, and execution of external client-facing events. I managed more than 20 events a year with a budget of $130k with attendee participation ranging between 20 and 400 participants.

The Present.

Now, my mission is two-fold: I am on a quest to help businesses and individuals achieve business goals through digital marketing and separately, supporting students through the college admission process. Take a look: The College Visit Journal: Campus Visits Demystified.

As a digital marketer, I have designed websites, created site content, implemented search engine optimization (SEO) and developed social media strategies for small businesses. I also devote my time to organizations benefiting, connecting and enriching women. I am a co-organizer for ATL Ladies Work Remote and love connecting and partnering with amazing professional women!

In the community, I am an engaged citizen volunteering with various nonprofits, completing pro bono work and consulting on various communication projects.

The Future.

If you'd like to work together, or have other ideas about how a partnership could thrive, I'd love to connect. Reach out now!
